Before asking, have a look at the user guide — the answer may already be there, for example where drawings are stored or how to export a DXF.
Reporting a bug so it can be fixed quickly
The easiest way: in the program, click Report a problem in the top bar. It fills in the program version, your browser and recent errors, then opens a ready-to-send e-mail. Or write the e-mail yourself with these details:
- Browser and version, e.g. Chrome 130, Safari on iOS 18
- Device and operating system, e.g. Windows 11 laptop, iPad, which Android phone
- The steps, one by one, from opening the program to the problem
- What you expected and what actually happened
- The drawing as a .json file (Save .json in the program) and a screenshot if possible
- If a DXF does not open in another program, the name of that program or the cutting machine
